Who we are

This website is run by Naveen Kumar Lokesh, operating as Aptou (a company in formation), based in India. For anything about your personal information, email hello@aptou.com.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you add it), the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to reply and to follow up on what you asked about.
• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, referring sites, browsers and countries. It sets no cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not track you across other websites.
• Server logs. Like any website, our host records technical details of each request, including your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

We set no cookies. The 3D virtual office uses your browser’s session storage to remember, for the current visit only, whether you chose the office or the regular website and which room you were in. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Services that process data for us

• Firebase Hosting (Google) serves this website.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Cloudflare provides our DNS, email forwarding and cookie-free analytics.

These providers may process data outside India. Links to other sites — including jasabo.com, naveenlokesh.com and our booking page on cal.com — are covered by those sites’ own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Analytics are aggregate and contain no personal information.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent to us contacting you at any time. This includes your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, if you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR. Email hello@aptou.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
